  • Parking lot spaces are available with all of our furnished rental options. However, the majority of our unit do include a private parking garage space, as well.

  • Pets are welcome with hosts approval. All approved pets must be listed on your reservation. Dogs and cats welcome at a one-time charge of $99 per pet.

    The guest is responsible for any pet damages that may occur during their reservation, additional fees will be charged at the conclusion of your stay. The guest will be responsible for cleaning up after their pet.

    Please note that a minimum fee of $500 will be charged if a guest is found violating the pet policy.

  • Many of our furnished rental do have a seasonal pool on property.

    All guests are responsible for abiding by the pool policy during their stay with Midwest Hospitality.

    Please note that only guest registered on your existing reservation are allowed in the pool. If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us directly.

 
  • Only guests named or listed on the original reservation are permitted inside the unit.

    Please refrain from bringing friends or family whose names aren’t stated in the reservation.

    If you do need to add an additional guest or pet, please reach out to Midwest Hospitality to modify your existing reservation.

  • For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.

    For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made seven full days before the listing’s local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in, otherwise no refund. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by Friday of the previous week before check-in time.

    If the guest cancels less than seven days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent will not be refunded.

    EXTENDED STAY RESERVATIONS

    Reservations are fully refundable for 48 hours after the booking is confirmed, as long as the cancellation occurs at least 28 days before check-in (3:00PM in the destination’s local time if not specified).

    More than 48 hours after booking, guests can cancel before check-in and get a full refund minus the first 30 days and any fees.

    If an extended stay guest wants to change or modify any reservation after check-in, the nights not spent will not be refunded.

  • All guest staying at our unit will have access to a gym on property or near property during their stay with us.
