Most of our locations feature an on-site outdoor pool that is open seasonally and dependent on weather conditions.

Guests staying with Midwest Hospitality are invited to visit the Valley View Aquatic Center, conveniently located just 5 minutes from your rental. Inquire about our Day Pass Package options.

On-site gyms and Luxury Fitness Centers


Many of our properties feature an on-site community gym that is accessible 24-hours a day.

Guests can also take advantage of a complimentary One-Day Pass to Lifetime Fitness Des Moines or Genesis Health Club upon request.

Housekeeping Upgrades

We offer flexible housekeeping options, including weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services. These services ensure your unit remains clean and well-stocked with fresh linens, towels, and coffee, all available at a discounted rate.
